Creative Play for Mindful Living

Playshop attendees will use the power of play to create space to be present and purposeful while also having fun. By playing unscripted games in this safe, intentional setting, participants will leave conventional mindsets and thinking outside and embrace the unknown. The playshop will focus on live-in-the-moment games that can be shared in social or work settings, as well as breathing, stretching, clapping, laughter, meditation and relaxation. It’s one part mindful improv and one part laughter yoga (and all fun). After the playshop, participants will be conscious of ways to move forward in life to get the most out of connections to self and to others.
