Slightly Stoopid with guests Iration, J Boog and The Movement

Slightly Stoopid have unveiled the initial dates for their 11th annual summer tour. The 2017 “Sounds of Summer” tour will route the California natives to amphitheaters and pavilions across North America and take the band overseas for festivals throughout Europe. Joining Slightly Stoopid on all June, July and August US dates are Iration, J Boog, and The Movement.

Slightly Stoopid, is the Ocean Beach, California based group led by co-founders and multi-instrumentalists Kyle McDonald and Miles Doughty, along with drummer Ryan “Rymo” Moran; percussionist Oguer “OG” Ocon; saxophonist Daniel “Dela” Delacruz, keyboardist Paul Wolstencroft; trumpet and trombone player Andy Geib; plus special guest and “unofficial 8th member” Karl Denson (The Rolling Stones/Greyboy Allstars). Known for their fusion of folk, rock, reggae and blues with hiphop, punk, funk and D.I.Y. work ethic, Slightly Stoopid has currently sold over 900,000 records on their own Stoopid Records label. Their most recent studio album Meanwhile… Back at the Lab reached #3 on the Billboard Top Alternative Albums chart and #37 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart.
