Dorothy Reid

Dorothy Reid is an American born in Brooklyn, NY in 1952. She studied with NY watercolor artist Mary Jane Stevens for four years. Her artwork reflects her surroundings. While living in NY until 2012, her paintings reflected the beautiful snowy landscapes, summer flowers, and birds. After moving to South Florida her work reflected the colorful tropical birds and fauna of the area. Currently she resides in St. Augustine. She has said that, “The city is so visually stunning, she would like to paint everything.”
