Imagination is the key to Joyce Hutchinson’s art, yet her execution is shaped by years of classic education at McKendree University in Illinois, with continued private classes to hone her skills. Her work is imbued with the freedom of experimentation. Joyce focuses on creating images that are diverse but maintain elements of nature that breathe life into her art.
The love of painting and writing envelop her and her need to express all of her thoughts and visions is always a welcomed adventure. Her style incorporates a wandering freedom to create dynamic images, sharing the awareness of how art and nature can blend harmoniously. Her mission is to not let people forget the “what” and “why” of understanding harmony and humanity, and discovering what it really means.
