Kirsten Miller

I have always been creative. I grew up in a family of artists and was surrounded with art all of the time. I dabbled in various means of expression…experimenting a lot, but only found this new world of  what I call ‘lyrical abstraction’ during the pandemic sequestration. My love of music runs very deep and all of my work is created while immersed in my music. Two of my biggest influences in the visual arts are Kandinsky and Peter Max. When I start working on a new work of art I put in my earbuds and let the muse take me on a trip through my mind. The mixed media work is done with ink, pencil, pastel and acrylic.
