Crème de la Cocoa is a confections company that specializes in beautiful custom cakes, hand-painted original flavored chocolates, and desserts with an artistic twist on new and familiar flavors. Our mission is to create and serve you the highest quality desserts in North Florida while nurturing meaningful relationships and forming memorable experiences.

In addition to creating desserts for several of St. Augustine’s hotels, restaurants, and resorts, baker and owner Chef Nils Rowland was a competitor on Food Network’s Cake Wars: Christmas Edition. Chef Nils offers custom desserts, cakes, and favors for weddings and other special events. Classes are available for kids and adults to learn how to make and decorate delicious desserts.
