Fall 2016 Season Opener for the Saint Augustine Community Band

The Saint Augustine Community Band’s season finale concert last May was a smash hit and this Fall opening concert will offer no less! The band, now at 70 strong and still growing, is announcing their opening Fall concert of the 2016-2017 season.  This concert will feature some powerhouse literature of all genres: The Star Spangled Banner by Jack Stamp, Burn by Roland Barrett, Olympic Fanfare & Theme by John Williams, An American Elegy by Frank Ticheli, English Folk Song Suite by Ralph Vaughan Williams, BOND… James Bond by Stephen Bulla, Into the Raging River by Steven Reineke and National Emblem March by E.E. Bagley.   Concert time is 7:30pm at Pacetti Bay Middle School.  It will be a opening concert to remember. The band is under the direction of Maestro Geoffrey S. Magnani.
