Celebrate National Women’s History Month with the local chapter of the Florida State Poets Association and this month’s facilitator Amy Goldin.

During the month of March, celebrate all of the amazing accomplishments of strong, determined women. Since 1987, the United States has formally recognized March as National Women’s History Month. Every woman has a story to tell and gifts to share with the world.

Share a poem about a woman who inspires you. Not only will the reading celebrate Women’s History Month, but it will also kick off National Poetry Month (April). Poets and poetry fans will gather on Sunday, March 26th from 2:30-5 PM at the Waterworks (184 San Marco Avenue, across ... view more »
