A talk will be given by Andrea White titled The Oldest City: A Year in Review.
The year 2019 was a busy year for the City of St. Augustine Archaeology Program. The talk will highlight some of the 80 plus projects undertaken in St. Augustine during 2019. This will include a brief update on the continued work conducted at Los Remedios located under Charlotte Street. Los Remedios was the city’s first parish church dating circa the early 1570s to 1702. Andrea will also discuss some upcoming projects on tap for 2020.
