St. Augustine Orchestra Season Opener

When American music is thought of, what usually comes to mind is jazz, blues, rock 'n roll or country, but lesser known is the significant number of composers who have built a distinctly American sound to classical music in this country.

The St. Augustine Orchestra will feature seven American composers whose rich sound is proof that classical music also has strong roots in the United States and that composers can be highly interesting too!
