I am a woman who loves her ancestry, spirituality, womanhood, culture, community, and heritage. My poetry and stories reflect my life and the lives of those I love. I am a community educator and activist, as well as an advocate for women's self-care. I am the founder of the Bailey Learning and Arts Collective, Inc and the newly formed Queens Room - a virtual she shed promoting self-care, self-love, and empowerment for women through self-care plan creation, Writing to Heal workshops, Wellness Workshops and articles and resources that promote self-care.
