Rosamond released Lincolnville: A Sketchbook Journal of St. Augustine’s Historic Neighborhood in 2012, with original artwork highlighting important events, architecture, and prominent people of the area. In 2020, she published St. Augustine: A Sketchbook which captures the charm of the city's historic neighborhoods, iconic architecture, and scenic vistas.

Parrish is an award-winning artist, founder of the Jacksonville Watercolor Society and signature life member of the Florida Watercolor Society. She did post-graduate work in art at the University of Hawaii, Flagler College, and the University of North Florida. She also served on the board of the St. Augustine Art Association.
