Julie Noel Smith grew up in Titusville, Florida and has lived in St. Augustine for five years. She has created images since the early 1990s and studied photography in college before moving to New York City where she worked for an advertising agency. She used her photography skills as a designer but now focuses her energy on showing her work in local galleries and surrounding areas like Jacksonville and New Smyrna.
