The first ACH and Arts Community Stakeholders Meeting of this fiscal year, will focus on two important subjects:
- First, as part of the St. Johns Cultural Council ACH Contract renewal, the Cultural Council will now have responsibility for post grant award grant management reporting and reimbursements. The Council anticipates that the reporting and reimbursements will be filed electronically through the Fluid Review Survey Monkey Platform that was used for the ACH Grant Application and Panel Review Process. This process will enable grantees requesting grant reimbursement payments to upload all required documents such as paid invoices, proof of payments, advertising tear sheets and media logs along with narrative reports summarizing the grant project evaluations.During this meeting grantees will learn the how to’s of the submission process.
- The second component covered will be discussion of FY 20 ACH Guidelines and how the priorities of the TDC will be incorporated into the next revision of the grant program. These priorities are set out in the TDC Strategic Plan adopted in 2017 and are further incorporated in the Cultural Council’s contract renewal.
