Dr. Ann Masters is the author of Floridanos, Menorcans, Cattle-Whip Crackers: Poetry of St. Augustine. Her poetry has been published in anthologies and journals, read at history and literary conferences, recognized at the Florida Folk Festival, and recorded for the Florida State Historical Archives. She continues to read from her work in the Eckerd College Road Scholar Program.

A St. Augustine native, she is a 12th generation Floridian. Her heritage includes being a Floridana, a descendant of Spanish settlers during Florida’s First Spanish Period. She is also a Menorcan, a descendant of the Italian, Greek and Menorcan colony who came to St. Augustine in 1777 during Florida’s British Period.

Dr. Tom Graham is Professor Emeritus of History at Flagler College. He received his PhD in history from the University of Florida in 1973. His MA and BA degrees came from Florida State University in 1967 and 1965.

He is the author of Flagler's St. Augustine Hotels, The Awakening of St. Augustine, Charles H. Jones, Journalist and Politician of the Gilded Age, Mr. Flagler's St. Augustine, and Silent Films in St. Augustine.

Both Dr. Masters and Dr. Graham are previous board members of the St. Augustine Historical Society.
