Formed in 2005 in Oxford, England, Foals is Yannis Philippakis (vocals, guitar), Jack Bevan (drums, percussion), Jimmy Smith (guitar), Walter Gervers (bass) and Edwin Congreave (keyboard). The band is currently signed to Warner Bros. Records and have released four studio albums, Antidotes (2008), Total Life Forever (2010), Holy Fire (2013), What Went Down (2015), one video album, six EPs and nineteen singles. Foals has been nominated for and won several awards, including Best Act in the World at the 2015 Q Awards, Best Live Act at the 2013 Q Awards and Best Track for “Inhaler” at the 2013 NME Awards. Foals has also performed worldwide at many of the most renowned festivals, including Glastonbury, Coachella and Roskilde.
