A poetry reading to celebrate issue #2 of a Florida themed literary journal will be held on Sunday April 24 from 3:00 to 5 PM at City Coffee Company, located at 1280 N Ponce De Leon Blvd (near the Village Inn). A.C. PAPA (an acronym for Ancient City Poets, Authors, Photographers and Artists) features a cover by Jim Drapper and contributions of poetry, personal essays, photos and fine art by more than 30 artists. “A.C. PAPA is a once a year outpouring that will spotlight the best writings, photos and art from locals and out-of-state artists who have something to say about the Sunshine State,” says Editor-In-Chief Chris Bodor. Local contributors will take the mic at 3:00 pm to share their pieces using the journal’s table of contents as a guide. An author meet-and-greet and book sale will follow and contributors will be available to sign copies.
