On Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 6 p.m. the Saint Augustine Maritime Heritage Foundation will present for your dining experience a Spanish Colonial Roast Pig feast.
At 6 p.m. the Saint Augustine Maritime Heritage Foundation will present for your dining experience a Spanish Colonial Roast Pig feast. Using a traditional method, the pig is hand turned (driven by a wheel) on a spit above hot coals throughout the day located on the historic waterfront venue of the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park. That evening you will dine at the park’s Pavilion accompanied by delicious selections of sides, salad, dessert, beverage(s) and music.

Delicious Roast Pig Right off the Spit
Classic Gazpacho:chilled soup of tomato,cucumber,sweet and savory peppers, with a sherry infused vinager
Spanish Chopped Salad:locally sourced greens and vegetables dressed and topped with Manchego cheese
Spanish Rice:yellow rice with onion,sweet peppers and cilantro
Assorted locally-sourced grilled vegetables
Classic Spanish Dessert: Crema Catalana
* We will be happy to accommodate vegetarian needs
Beer and wine available with a suggested donation. Tickets are $45 per person
