Farm-to-Fork Chef Series “A Taste of Love” – A Homage to Valentine’s Day

Presented by St. Johns Cultural Council at Chandler Oaks Barn

Join us at Historic Coast Culture's Farm to Fork Chef Series Dinner and enjoy a multi-course meal with wine pairings, local spirits and more at the beautiful Chandler Oaks Barn!

To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Chef Dennis and his culinary cohorts collaborate to create an extravagant multi-course meal inspired by love, showcasing fresh produce from local farms with wine pairings, local spirits and sensational desserts.

The menu features delicious flavors and offerings such as crispy oysters, fresh local greens with Chef Chan’s signature vinaigrette, sous vide chicken in a tantalizing sauce, homemade “love letter” pasta and seasonal vegetables and showcases a local artisan black garlic – a delicate ingredient that opens up a whole new world of flavor. Complete your dining experience with sweet desserts served fireside.

The costar of the dinner is Chandler Oaks Barn. Relax and enjoy the rustic charm and beautiful décor of this hidden gem, which doubles as a quaint rural farm and a charming wedding venue, nestled on twenty acres located in St. Augustine.

During this intimate, elegant dinner, Chef Dennis and friends will talk about their amazing culinary creations. The event will also feature wine pairings, artisans and produce from local farms.
