Apex Theatre Studio Presents The Silly and Spooky Broadway Musical Hit, The Addams Family LIVE at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on April 17 and 18, 2020!
The Addams Family is a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family. The show is based upon The Addams Family characters created by Charles Addams in his single-panel gag cartoons, which depict an offbeat family with an affinity for all things macabre. In this original story, the macabre Addams family is put to the test when outsiders come to dinner, hurling Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Uncle Fester and Lurch headlong into a night that will change the family forever.
“We are currently blessed with a company of musical theater performers who all share the same skewed sense of humor. This show is a natural fit for them,” remarked the show’s director, Ian Mairs. The cast is headlined by DJ DeJesus (Gomez) Gabby Parker (Morticia), Olivia DeMaio (Wednesday) and Charlie Pennella (Pugsley). The company of twenty young artists make up the advanced level musical theater workshop at Apex Theatre Studio.
Apex Theatre Studio is a non-profit performing arts training center celebrating its fourth year in operation.
