STA Marketplace has joined forces with Salomon Services (located behind Epic Movie Theatre) for a Kids’ Sampler and Summer Camp Expo!
Happening March 8th from noon to 6 p.m. this fun event will provide a one-stop opportunity to register for summer camps, explore kids’ activities available year-round, sign-up for lessons and shop products geared toward kids of all ages. Grab some food from one of the local food trucks, take part in the interactive activities and join us for this exceptional Sunday Funday!
Experience Salomon Services’ new facility at 65 Strongway Court (located on the road just north of the Epic Movie Theatre) and learn how they are helping St. Augustine get fit one athlete at a time. Their gym is home to the area’s top professional trainers, state-of-the-art equipment, indoor and outdoor turf fields and much more.
Some of the local organizations, clubs and educators you’ll find at the Sampler include Ancient City Soccer Club, Flatwoods Forest School, STA City Market’s Young Entrepreneurs, Where Salt Meets Soul, Trinity Episcopal Learning Center, St. Augustine Yacht Club Youth Sailing, Happy Waves Surf School, Shamrock Indoor Soccer, Lighthouse Prep and Magical Melodies. Kids will have a blast experiencing the area's offerings when they visit all the interactive booths during the Sampler…prizes and raffles abound!
You'll work up an appetite exploring all the lessons, camps, and activities available for kids. So stop by the Luvin' O-Van to grab a bite. Visitors also have the opportunity to explore unique local businesses. Stop by Melli Chocolates for a free sample. Meet local author Katie Petrinec and pick-up a copy of her children’s book, Mya and Crash. Check-out the awesome balloon install courtesy of Old City Occasions and talk to them about planning your next party. Get your picture taken in the fun photo booth and schedule a family photo session with Jodie Dellinger Photography. And be sure to smile for Steve Robinson Media to be featured in our event video. Plus, no kids event would be complete without face painting by Old City Facecraft!
