This event is open to the public.

The Flagler College Archives and Special Collections series, Meet the Collections and Curators, is proud to partner with the Lightner Museum, Lincolnville Museum & Cultural Center, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the Florida National Guard, the Camp Blanding Museum, Marineland, and the National Park Services’ archives for Northeast Florida to present a “pop-up” exhibit related to World War II. Some of the collections focus on the Florida experience or soldiers from Florida while other collections have a wider coverage of the war years and experience.

2020 is the final year of the 75th anniversary of World War II, and some of the institutions in and around St. Augustine want to remember the war by sharing with the public what they have. Please come and see what treasures lie hidden in archives, libraries, and museums in Northeast Florida and have an opportunity to talk to the curators of these collections.
