About the Book

This recipe and photographic journey through the streets of St. Augustine is designed to open the door to the many delights local chefs have created and inspire the reader to open their taste buds to new food experiences. This book includes beloved restaurants, food trucks, and bed & breakfasts located in historic St. Augustine and the surrounding area.

Take a visual journey through the community of St. Augustine and its vegetarian dishes. Recipes range from the most simple to quite complex and are appropriate for both the amateur and well-established cook. About the Author

Jennifer has been a vegetarian for the majority of her life, growing up in the anthracite coal region of Pennsylvania. After moving to St. Augustine 14 years ago, she has been active in the community volunteering as a member of the Junior Service League and working in various local institutions such as the St. Augustine Record, the St. Augustine Art Association, the Lightner Museum, and the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach. St. Augustine inspired her to combine her talents, passions, and education to create this vegetarian foodie guide for all to experience.
