Join the St. Johns County Main Library's Adult Programming Assistant Beth as she visits the historic Ximenez-Fatio House Museum in downtown St. Augustine.
Beth will meet with the museum's director, Dr. Roger Smith, and archivist and curator Taryn Rodriguez-Boette to learn more about the long history of this coquina structure built in 1798, owned and managed by the National Society of Colonial Dames of America in the State of Florida since 1939. She will get a glimpse of the museum's new exhibit, I Lived Here, As Well - Exhibit & Tour, that examines what life was like for African American slaves and servants living invisibly to guests in this boarding house throughout the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
