Opa! Greek food and pastries await you at the 17th Annual St. Augustine Greek Festival. Francis Field, located in downtown St. Augustine, will be transformed into a virtual Greek village with Greek food, live Greek music, traditionally-costumed Greek folk dancers, arts & crafts vendors, and a kids center with games, rides, & more! The parishioners of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church have been busy preparing pans of mouthwatering pastitsio (macaroni with a delicious meat sauce topped with a crema), and dolmathes (stuffed grape leaves). The Grill will serve up souvlaki (pork and chicken shish-kabobs), gyros, and kid friendly fare. Come on out and be Greek for a day...it's just more fun!
