First Annual STArt the Music Festival

First Annual STArt the Music Festival

Presented by STArt Now at Colonial Oak Music Park

From the creators of the most memorable events in town and the live concert showcase series at the Colonial Oak Music Park, the premier local music & arts publication Narrow Magazine and the local nonprofit for creatives, STArt Now Inc., are ready to STArt the music as they present the first annual  STArt the Music Festival!

The festival will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021, and is set to run from 11 AM until 10 PM at the Colonial Oak Music Park located right in the heart of downtown St. Augustine on St. George Street.

With 3 stages and over 20 bands from Jacksonville down to Tampa, this festival is one that anyone will enjoy whether your style is rock, indie, country, or hip hop!

HEADLINERS THE RIES BROTHERS VISIT ST. AUGUSTINE, FRESH OFF HEADLINING A SOLD-OUT SHOW AT JANNUS LIVE. This brotherly rock duo has made a name for themselves by rocking out and putting on one of the best shows in the region! Also taking the stage is former Voice contestant and heavy-hitting sell-out band, Dustin Monk and the Hustle. Regional favorites The Forum, Rob Hazen and Rohna along with local stars Gentlemens Crow, Annie Dukes, Stranger Wolf, and Folk is People will take the stage along with many others.

Concertgoers will be in for a musical experience, with three different stages they can dance and jam to all day scattered throughout The Colonial Oak Experience property with live music being played constantly. They can stay energized and recharged by grabbing food from Seafood and Co., a drink at one of the many bars– no long lines here- or a sweet treat from the Hyppo Popsicles or the Le Macaron food trucks.

The day starts off with a Mimosa Morning where guests can sip a delightful mimosa while listening to a steady flow of music that will gradually climb from an acoustic melody to a rock out climax with Indie favorite bands and local rock n roll favorites. A little bit of something for everyone!
