The past few years have challenged all of us. Covid 19 has devastated us as a World Community, and Latin Community Services, our 501c3 nonprofit, is in dire need of your support.

This 4-course prix fixe dinner with wine pairings is presented by the talented Chef Norberto Jaramillo at his restaurant La Cocina International on Sunday, February 27th at 5 PM.

Performance by World Salsa Champions Emily & Raul as well as a surprise guest!

~MENU~

1st Course: Anticuchos, smoked fingerlings, and spiced local honey

2nd Course: Lump crab cake, sweet corn relish, chipotle aioli, and fried leeks

Intermezzo: Passion Fruit Sorbet with Tequila Drizzle

3rd Course: Boneless beef short ribs and seared sea scallops, sweet plantain puree, Heirloom carrots, and agro-dulce

Dessert: Dark chocolate ganache, coffee mascarpone mousse, coconut dust, and blackberry coulis

Social distancing and COVID-19 CDC protocols will be strictly enforced. A properly worn mask will be required when not seated at a table, and there will be temperature checks at the door.
