River House will be offering a Wine Journey instructed by Walter Bost, who has served the wine industry as a wine consultant, wine steward, wine broker and instructor.  Targeted attendees are wine enthusiasts, those wanting to learn of food and wine pairings, restaurant service staff and anyone wanting to explore the world of wine.  This is a 6-week session beginning Thursday, September 8, from 3:00-4:30 p.m.  Registrations now being taken.  Cost to River House members is $50, and $60 to non-members.  There will be a complimentary wine tasting in one class and an optional wine tasting after the last class.  Please call the River House receptionist at 209-3655 for more information.
