River House welcomes George Kelso, retired artist and architect, to teach art with pen and ink, and watercolor.  This is a 6-week session to be held on Tuesdays beginning, September 13, from 12:30-3:30 p.m.  Cost is $60 for River House members; $70 to non-members.    Please call 209-3655 to register and for more information.  Advance payment required.  A collection of his work will be displayed at River House.
