Living Library at the Waterworks on Sunday, September 25th
The St. Johns County Public Library System, in partnership with the St. Johns Cultural Council and the Friends of the Library, is presenting The Living Library at the Waterworks from 2 to 4 PM.
Have you ever had a question, and while searching in a book or on the Internet yielded some answers, you really just wanted to talk to a person? The Living Library is an opportunity to ask a “Human Book” the questions for which you have been seeking answers. The “Human Books” will discuss topics that include:
This event is free and open to the public. By bringing together people from different walks of life, the Library System wishes to communicate to everyone the importance of human interaction to the continued growth of knowledge, cultural understanding, and compassion in our community.
The Waterworks is available through the generosity of the City of St. Augustine and the St. Johns Cultural Council.
This newly restored building may be accessed through both parking entrances of the Main Branch Library, 1960 N. Ponce De Leon Blvd. The program is free, and no tickets or reservations are needed.
