The 4th annual STA Brewers’ Festival will be held from 1-5 PM Saturday, May 6, 2023 at the beautiful Fountain of Youth Archeological Park, 11 Magnolia Ave.
brThe festival will include free tastings from 25+ regional breweries, local food trucks, face painting, and live music — all while enjoying one of St. Augustine’s most scenic and historical locations.
“This is a great opportunity to try small-batch beers right in your backyard. Each attending brewery is encouraged to not only bring a unique offering but also a true brewery representative to share insights of their creations and answer all of your questions,” said Doug and Courtney Murr, organizers and owners of Dog Rose Brewing Co.
In the past three years, festival organizers have donated more than $40,000 to deserving nonprofits in the St. Augustine and St. Johns County community. This year’s nonprofit beneficiaries include the UF Whitney Lab Education Program, the St. Johns County Marine Science Program, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum.
In addition to the regional brewers, five of St. Augustine’s breweries will be part of the event:
Unlimited beer tastings from craft breweries will be the highlight of the annual St. Augustine Brewers’ Fest. Each ticket holder will receive a commemorative 6-ounce tasting glass.
Food will be available from favorite local food trucks and vendors — Funkadelic Food Truck, County Road Provisions, I Love Pierogi, Datil Furters Hot Dogs, and The Spice and Tea Exchange.
Being true to a community event, family-friendly activities include face painting and plenty of space for kids to run around.
Merchandise for sale during the event will include t-shirts, koozies, and hats, all created by Skinny Lizard T-shirt Printers.
General admission tickets are $45 and a limited number of VIP tickets are $100. VIP tickets include guaranteed on-site parking, access to the climate-controlled pavilion, private air-conditioned bathrooms, a catered buffet, a festival tasting glass, and full festival access an hour early. This event will sell out. Tickets are available starting March 1.
General admission tickets are $45 in advance and $50 the day of the festival. Purchse ahead of time to avoid lines. General admission ticket includes admission to the festival from 1-5 pm, commemorative tasting glass, and unlimited tastings from 28+ regional breweries.
VIP tickets are $100 and grant access to an air-conditioned pavilion, VIP parking, buffet, commemorative tasting glass, unlimited tastings from 28+ regional breweries, private beer station, and access to the fest from 12-5 pm, and Lovely Loo portable bathrooms.
If you are a designated driver with a VIP ticketholder and would like access to all VIP perks you will need to purchase an additional VIP ticket.
Designated Driver tickets (21+ only) are $8 and will only be available with the purchase of a general admission ticket.
All money raised from the sale of these tickets will go to EPIC Behavioral Healthcare.
Designated drivers will not be served or given a glass at the gate. If DD’s/under 21 are seen drinking beer or sharing glasses both them and their ticketed companion will be removed from the festival by security immediately.
