St Augustine Regional Council (StAR), a 450th Alliance, is producing the 3rd Annual St Augustine Chalk Walk-Paseo Pastel.  A 16th Century European Art Form.  Our Theme is Happy Birthday St Augustine 450th!  Watch Art Come to Life as over 60 Artists create by Chalking a Fun Tribute to the Nation's Oldest City!  A Free Family-Friendly Community Event.  Artists will be competing for People's Choice Cash Prizes!
