Artist Mary Hubley will be at GNG Gallery to give a free live 3-hour painting demonstration on December 13 from 1:00 to 4:00. The gallery is located on Aviles Street in the heart of the St. Augustine Arts District. Hubley's painting demo is open and free to the public.

During the demo, Hubley will discuss her painting techniques, explain her process, and be available to chat and answer questions. The demo is intended to be educational. Watch her progress through the painting, from the beginning white canvas to the finished painting.

"Unless you come to one of my classes, I rarely get the chance to share my painting process. as I'm usually painting out in the marshes or locked in my studio. This is a way for everyone to see how an artist works."

About Mary Hubley
Mary's paintings are warm and impressionistic, showcasing the exquisite landscape and all its elements. Soft edges are combined with strong composition, ultimately producing compelling finished paintings that have made their way to collections all over the world. Mary concentrates on oil paintings of soft landscapes with warm tones. She worked for many years for Philadelphia ad agencies and corporations as a publication illustrator before she moved to St. Augustine.
