Flagler College Department of Art & Design Juried Alumni Exhibition

Flagler College Department of Art & Design Juried Alumni Exhibition

Presented by Crisp-Ellert Art Museum at Flagler College at Crisp-Ellert Art Museum at Flagler College

The Crisp-Ellert Art Museum and Flagler College are delighted to announce our forthcoming, juried alumni exhibition. The exhibition will open with a reception for the artists on Friday, May 5, from 5 until 7pm, in conjunction with Alumni Weekend, and will continue through June 16.

The artists included in this exhibition, and the submissions as a whole, fittingly reflect the progressive nature Flagler College’s fine art and design curriculum over the past 30 years. Their diverse bodies of work, in both content and conception, as well as methods and materials, embody the values espoused by faculty in the Department of Art and Design, and that each artist has carried with them into their professional careers: a cultivation of individual creativity, critical reflection, and historical consciousness.

The works in the exhibition encompass both abstract and representational painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, photography, collage, digital prints, and textiles by Brianna Angelakis, Brianna Angelakis, Libby Couch, Amanda Dicken, Maggie Dillon, Kathleen Dougherty, Amelia Eldridge, Katie Evans, Martha Ferguson, Deanna Fitzgerald, Rebecca Hoadley, Maja Hydbom, Alex Jackman, Brielle Jenkins, Morgan Gesell Mudryk, Sara Pedigo, Key Russell, Douglas Sterns, Tara Stephens, and Kate Rose Willink.
