The St. Johns Cultural Council will hold the seventh annual Dr. G. Pflaster ROWITA Awards Ceremony to honor four women for their achievements and contributions to the arts in St. Johns County.  Executive Director of the Limelight Theatre, Beth Lambert, will give the Keynote address. The 2015 recipients are: Mary Rhopa la Cierra, Kerry Fradley, Twila Fleming Hudson, and Felicia Rhoden. A short reception will follow the ceremony.
