Make your reservations and join us as Virginia Whetstone Maguire, president of Whetstone Chocolates, takes us through the history and making of chocolate. From the cocoa bean harvest to the creation of unique delicacies, guests will learn about and sample this once-revered and always-evolving treat. Bring your knowledge of chocolate, because after multiple chocolate-tastings, Mrs. Maguire will be quizzing the audience and awarding prizes. In addition to the history of chocolate, she will talk about Whetstone's history in St. Augustine and the chocolate industry.
Patrons are welcome to bring their lunch and beverages will be provided. The program is free and open to the public but reservations are required to guarantee seating.
