Annual Sea Turtle Festival

Annual Sea Turtle Festival

Presented by Keepers of the Coast at Riberia Street Marina

Keepers of the Coast will host the 9th Annual Sea Turtle Festival on Sunday, October 4, 2015, from noon to 5 p.m.  The event will take place in downtown St. Augustine at a private marina behind the ice plant located at 134 Riberia Street, St. Augustine, 32085.

The family-oriented festival will feature: live music, conservation and wildlife education tables, arts and crafts vendors, a silent auction, an assortment of food truck options, locally made brews, and “Keeper’s Cove,” an interactive children’s program. We will be following suit with last years event as it will be a plastic free event.  So do you part and bring a water bottle or you can purchase a stainless steel one from the Keepers tent. Don’t forget to visit the Keepers tent and make your #plasticfree pledge.

The Annual Sea Turtle Festival is the best way to experience every aspect of Keepers’ mission and will be a terrific, family-friendly, fun day. Join the organization and other local businesses as they work to preserve area beaches and endangered wildlife. One of the primary goals of the event is to educate adults and youth alike on protecting their coastal environment, which is vital for the future health of all species.
