 Three of the most popular stories from the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm have been woven into this charming theatre piece.  First, there’s the ‘Story of King Thrushbeard’ in which the haughty princess learns humility; then the ‘Story of the Fisherman and His Wife’ where the wife learns that wanting too much can end up costing everything; and, finally, the ‘Story of the Elves and the Shoemaker,’ in which kindness is greatly rewarded.  This delightful trio of stories is simple to produce and an ideal touring piece.
