Join the Lightner Museum at February’s Lightner After Hours event for an evening of enlightening conversation and exceptional music in Lightner Museum’s Historic Pool Area, February 22, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The Raisin Cake Orchestra is a jazz quartet based in Jacksonville, FL that specializes in unique renditions of jazz classics from the teens, twenties, and thirties, and beyond with an emphasis on the sounds of New Orleans jazz from the Dixieland and Prohibition eras.

There will be a brief presentation given by Flagler College professor and author of the popular “Mr. Flagler’s St. Augustine”, Dr. Thomas Graham. He will look back on the time when St. Augustine played host to movie stars and society’s darlings.

This event is free and open to the public. Donations are requested for beverages. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Parking is free after 5 p.m. Please enter through the Cafe Alcazar entrances on Cordova Street or Granada Street.
