St. Augustine blues and soul musician Kyra Livingston will be on stage from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 25 in the Limelight Studio Theatre, a 75-seat black box space at Limelight Theatre.

Kyra plays the guitar and piano, and she will bring a few special guest musicians friends to perform a few songs with her. She currently is a vocal performance student working toward a college music degree.

Some songs in her repertoire include The Thrill is Gone by B.B King; Sunday Kind of Love by Etta James; and My Babe by Little Walter.

She recently has performed at theColonial Oak Music Park, Made in Saint Augustine Festival, One Daytona, and for the Jacksonville Icemen Hockeyteam. Kyra also is a private voice instructor/

"My goal is to be able to perform and make singing my career," she said in a recent interview.

"I want people to really get to know me through blues and soul music because there's nothing better telling your stories!

Her musical influences are Etta James, B.B King, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, and other blues and soul artists.
