This month, Amiro Art & Found is featuring the woven jewels and felted satchels of Sheila Lewis and the organic jewels of Nicolette Matt.
Lewis' satchels are created using the nuno felting technique, embellished with glass beads, feathers, hand embroidery, leather, natural stones and found objects. Her jewelry is made up of intricate peyote stitched glass beads and natural stones.
Mushroom Bloom is Nicolette Matt's collection of jewelry made from polypore mushrooms and spore prints. The various types of bracket fungi and spore prints are dressed up with gems, crystals, leather, and charms. "Wear a little bit of nature wherever you go!
