 P. O. Box 3071, St. Augustine, FL

This initiative is a non-profit organization based in Florida that facilitates and supports ancestral remembrance ceremonies and historic marker installations at documented Middle Passage arrival sites in North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Beginning in the United States, these ceremonies honor and commemorate the two million captive Africans who died during the ocean crossing and the ten million who survived and developed the Western Hemisphere. Half a million of these enslaved people were delivered at ports from New Hampshire to Texas.

The state of Florida has the longest continued presence and importation of Africans (1513-1860).
