Urban Asado fabricates Argentine Inspired BBQ Grills in a studio located in downtown St. Augustine, Fl.  Urban Asado is also home of the Sunday Asado.

When we started planning the Sunday Asado Series one of our goals was to create a moment each month in which some of the most talented chefs in our community would be able to showcase their amazing culinary talents while interacting with guests in a fun and unique way.

We’ve also had the pleasure of featuring area farmers & artisan butchers to further demonstrate how wonderful our culinary community is

Our goal for Urban Asado® is to inspire grilling enthusiasts to think beyond the meal, and experience the true essence of an Asado.

We are very thankful that our Sunday Asado series has brought so many of us together to enjoy these unique moments.
