Chef Michael Lugo created vegan dishes for the book that will be made available upon request to restaurant guests. Serenata Beach Club head chef Evan C. Brown created several vegan dishes that will add to the Club’s variety of culinary dishes. BackYard Buffalo food truck owner Punita Patel shared a very detailed, step-by-step guide on how to make the Indian cheese, Paneer.

About the Author

Jennifer has been a vegetarian for the majority of her life, growing up in the anthracite coal region of Pennsylvania. After moving to St. Augustine 14 years ago, she has been active in the community volunteering as a member of the Junior Service League, and working in various local institutions such as the St. Augustine Record, the St. Augustine Art Association, the Lightner Museum and the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach. St. Augustine inspired her to combine her talents, passions, and education to create this vegetarian foodie guide for all to experience.
