Come experience a delicious farm to-fork dinner combining Brian Whittington’s amazing southern fare from “Smoked. Southern BBQ” Restaurant with locally sourced meats from his Chop Shop Artisan Butcher Store and his extraordinary Preserved Restaurant entrees prepared with French technique.

You’ll enjoy an incredible four course meal along with wine and beer pairings, concluding with a special Southern dessert from Preserved. The menu will include Charcuterie, local BBQ meats, Braised Short Ribs, and Brian’s signature Shrimp and Grits; all sourced locally – a one of a kind culinary event.

The costar of the event is Blue Sky Farms, well known for their local produce including large variety of potatoes, greens and other produce. Come learn how four generations have cultivated this land since 1923, see how your food is harvested for delivery, and savor it as part of this delicious farm-to-fork meal.

During the intimate dinner, Chef Brian will talk about his culinary creations and how sustainability plays a key role in the unique relationship between his three businesses – Preserved Restaurant, Smoked. Southern BBQ and the Chop Shop.

In addition, the event will also feature local artisans and farm-to-table produce from local farms.
