Every year the Puerto Rican and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and its communities come together to celebrate the Desfile & Carnaval Puertorriqueño De La Florida, USA.
This year's Parade will be on November 19, the day of the Discovery of Puerto Rico, at the St. Johns County Fairgrounds on from 11 AM - 10 PM.
