TRAVEL TIPS: MARCH 8, 2022

Chris Kastle is an award-winning storyteller, singer, songsmith, author, artist, poet, and educator with a number of recordings and publications to her credit. She is a professional touring performer and seasoned traveler who offers insight into a lifetime of adventure and is a recipient of the Annette J. Bruce Lifetime Achievement Award from the Florida Storytelling Association. Her first book of poetry, Nonets in Nine Courses: Recipes in Verse, was just released.

Margaret Kaler heard a lot of stories from her mother on their summer car trips to Illinois. Now she is serving as co-president of Tale Tellers and is on the board of the Florida Storytelling Association, but she still gets lost easily.

Rose van der Berg is a dynamic storyteller and teaching artist who weaves eccentric characters, songs, and improvisation into tales that explore the heart and humor of the human condition. She is an Orlando Story Club Grand Champion and a winner in Story Arts of Minnesota’s Great American Story contest.

The Tale Tellers of St. Augustine is a performing guild devoted to the advocacy of storytelling as an art form and entertainment medium. The organization will celebrate its 30th anniversary. They are a Florida not-for-profit corporation with a 501 (c)(3) designation.
