Happily, Chef Joshua’s fabulous menu with spirits and wine pairings stays the same. You’ll savor delicious local cuisine at this elegant Farm-to-Fork dinner.

For this special “winter” culinary experience, Chef Joshua Smith of Catch 27 creates a festive, multi-course dinner paired with spirits, wine and produce from St. Johns County farms at charming Chandler Oaks. Enjoy craft cocktails and delightful hors d’oeuvres by the fire pit, complete with chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Then inside, experience an extraordinary six course meal* of inspired culinary creations.

Enjoy each course as Chef Joshua shows his creative talent with an array of wonderful dishes such as winter squash bisque, Florida Rock Lobster, corn bread pudding, duck confit with southern grits, and decadent desserts. What’s more, he unveils and explains each of his elegant courses and wine or spirit pairings during the intimate dinner. The event also showcases local artisans and farm-to-table produce from the local farms.
