Keeping Yourself Well With Essential Oils: Allergies, Cold & Flu

It’s no fun being sick, and although there are a lot of standard “tried and true ways” to keep yourself from becoming sick, sometimes it happens anyway. I am going to introduce you to some basic essential oils that should become a standard part of your medicine cabinet and teach you to create your own natural remedies that can help you combat allergies, cold, & flu. All of the ingredients we use in my classes are organic, non-GMO, and have no fake ingredients. I aim to provide you with alternatives to the synthetic chemical medications found in stores which can wreak havoc on your total body systems. All students will “make and take” a remedy of their choice (two remedies may be made if time permits for a nominal fee). All supplies are covered in the cost of the class.
