This workshop will focus on Ellen’s talk about color. Constructing a composition, materials, and the exploration of achieving ways of expressing new color ideas, and new ways of portraying landscape through color will be discussed and demonstrated.  Tonality, luminosity, and chromatic intensity will be explored with demos into imaginary color combinations in an otherwise commonplace landscape. Bring photos of landscapes so that you can re-interpret them in this new and exciting way that will bring a sense of harmony to your work.
